Depicting Rose Red and Snow White reading fan letters, this cover very much has the feel of an interlude, which is a nice fit for an issue featuring short vignettes, answering questions that have been submitted by the readers.  One of the coolest touches on this cover is the late addition of the "Bufkin stamp", which was added almost as an afterthought as the cover was completed in Photoshop.
