Fables 6

Some of James' earliest Fables covers are also among the largest and most elaborate.  Fables 6 is a perfect example.  Done primarily in colored pencil with touches of acrylic and gouache, this cover is a very large 20" x 28" on Rives BFK.  James later painted the rooster and changed the colors of the background and city skyline with Photoshop.  Prelim is 8.5" x 11", graphite on bond.
