 Another typical Green Arrow cover, the original art gives no indication of the fantastic coloring job later achieved in Photoshop that really makes the final version of this cover jump off the shelves.

James' comments, from Wizard magazine #171 (January, 2006):

"I always like to exploit interesting shapes in the story of character.  In this case, the lightning bolts provide a nice framing device."
