Ollie faces off with Merlyn amidst a hail of arrows.  This cover is vaguely reminiscent of Frank Miller's cover to Daredevil 189.

 "Usually I like to work from the script, but for this particular GA cover, my editor told me to depict GA squaring off with Merlyn, another archer. In so many words. Having never heard of the character, I required reference. All this transpired via email."
